Students learn how to move their bodies with mat work and Pilates equipment to strengthen
their bodies, improve flexibility, and feel good in their bodies. I have developed my training
style by working with a variety of people and adapting my sessions to the needs of my clients.
My goal as a teacher is to create stronger, healthier bodies in an enjoyable atmosphere and for
clients to take their Pilates practice with them into their everyday lives.
